PURPOSE

Grants users access to a limited portion of the Leadership Key Areas:

Field
Business Trips
Public Speaking
Networking
Preparation & Goal Setting

The idea behind it is to prevent users who have not yet gotten hands-on training in the field, but are leadership-type of users, to be able to expand their knowledge and hit the ground running once they get to leadership.

STEP 1:

On your NextExec App, tap on the side menu » My Office » Your Name » User management. This will deploy the Airtable User Management System. After that, proceed to the user you are wishing to promote to “virtual leader”.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CAN ONLY BE ADDED TO USERS WHO ARE NEW STARTS AND CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO ALREADY EXISTING LEADERS

STEP 2:

Tap on the tier of that user (By default, the system will keep this as “Start”), See image below.

STEP 3:

Change the tier from “Start” to “Virtual Leader”. Allow 60-80 seconds for the system to apply the right permissions to the user you are making changes to. And that’s it! You’ve done it!
